Welcome to Hope Youth

Hope Youth is open to all students from 5th-12th grade.

We exist to help students encounter Jesus in authentic community and join His work in their everyday life. At Hope Youth, we strive to lean in to relationship with Jesus, live out our growing faith in everyday life, and love everyone as we create community together. Students are encouraged to bring friends, classmates, neighbors, cousins, whoever!  We exist to create space for all students to come and journey towards Jesus.

YOUTH GROUP | Wednesdays 6:00-8:00PM
Students in grades 5-12 can come to Youth Group to experience community and connection. We have relevant Biblical teaching, grade/gender based small groups for deeper discussion, and space to relax and have fun!

SUNDAYS | 8:30 & 10AM
We invite all students in 5-12th grade to join us in our normal services on Sundays. We think it's incredibly important for students to be a part of the life of the church. They can serve in Hope Kids, serve in other ways, or attend service with the family! We want students to know that they are wanted and valued as a part of the Hope Church community as a whole.

JANUARY 12  | 6-8PM

JANUARY 19 | 6-8PM

JANUARY 26  | 6-8PM

NEW SERIES // PAUSE // Wednesdays 6-8PM
We're back on Wednesdays for YouthGroup! This month, students will be learning a bit about the spiritual disciplines surrounding rest. Students have more choices, activities, and busyness now than ever before. How do we continue to create space for God in the middle of all that's calling our attention? This series will help students (and us!) to learn the importance of slowing down and spending time with God.

Can't make it to Youth Group? Join us live here to watch weekly! Youth group starts in person at 6:00PM, but the livestream will begin airing here at 6:30PM.

At Hope Youth, we lean in to Jesus,

live out our faith, and love everyone.

We LEAN IN to relationship with Jesus.
This is what it's all about! We ultimately believe that what's best for each and every student in Lake Country is to have a deep and growing relationship with Jesus. We encourage students to lean in with hard questions and discussions as we explore what faith in Jesus looks like in today's world.

We LIVE OUT our faith in everyday life.
Students, parents, leaders-we all need to walk the walk, and not just talk the talk. At Hope Youth, we model and encourage students to take their faith journey into their real life. With weekly challenges and relevant teaching, we demonstrate that a relationship with Jesus matters right here, right now.

We LOVE EVERYONE with grace and truth in community.
Everyone is welcome here, because everyone is welcome in Jesus. No matter where students are from, their faith background, introvert or extrovert, this is a place where all can be and belong. We surround each other with love and care, both here at youth group and out in the schools and neighborhoods we come from.

Don’t let anyone despise your youth, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity. 1 timothy 4 : 12
