Riding the Wave of Grief.

How relationships influence grief.

What is the Riding the Wave of Grief Group?

Riding the Wave is a customized grief support group that explores how our relationships influence grief.  The group explores communication styles, love, relationship dynamics including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorders, addictions, sexual trauma, adult children of alcoholics, narcissism, codependency, gaslighting, and wrestling with forgiveness, regret, resentment, shame, guilt, and anger with the design to move participants to a new and refreshing focus on life.

The next group starts on March 4th. This is a six-week group.

Navigating grief is challenging,
but you don't have to do it alone.

Join us on March 4th: Sign up for our 6-week "Surviving the Tide of Grief" group to begin finding your new normal.
Weekly session: Participate in a safe and supportive environment where you can share your experiences and learn from others who are on the same journey.
Finding Your New Normal: You're not alone in this journey. By sharing your experiences in a group setting, you gain the support of others who have walked a similar path, helping you to rebuild and find a sense of peace.
